The other day I saw my neighbour throw out two big, half-full cans of paint. My heart hurt. All that money, just throw away like that! It reminded me of my own stupid mistake last time. Still get flashbacks, I tell you. I thought I was so smart. "Confirm this one can is enough for the kid's room," I told my wife. Famous last words, right? Halfway through, the wall looked like it had some kind of skin disease, patchy and sad. The paint ran out. My wife gave me that look. Sian to the max. This one is important, helps the main paint stick better. For the main event, I used a specialist tile paint. Use a small roller for the big parts, faster and more even. Use a brush for the grout lines and edges. I did two coats. Must be patient and let it dry properly between coats. The result... shiok, man! Ser...
