Create a Bold Striped Feature Wall

  Achieve a striking blurred stripe effect by layering colors on your wall. Here’s how: Materials needed: Base color (neutral recommended) Colors for stripes Medium paintbrush String Chalk Paint the Base Apply two coats of your chosen base color to create a solid canvas. Measure Your Design Use chalk to mark where your striped feature wall design will begin and end. Adjust the size based on your preference (we based it on the bed width). Prepare Your String Measure string to stretch between the marked points. Run chalk along the string and tape both ends to the marks on the wall. Create a Guideline Pluck the string tight to leave a chalk mark along the wall, which will serve as your painting guide. Mark Out Your Design Repeat the process at 50cm intervals to create the desired stripe layout.
